So the best @TmobileHelp could do was block international calls & texts. #fb Better than what the rep could do over the phone. After dealing with the T-Mobile problem all day, it would really give me peace of mind if they would just refund me for the international texts that we neither sent nor received. Will get a phone call on Thurs. Hoping for better news

Be Wary of Root Cases
Some1 tried to get me a bamboo iPhone @rootcases cover for Xmas. After there was no one available to sign for it, they never tried to send it out again. If they’re not going to send it out at all, the least they could do is refund the money.
